I am a Decatur, Alabama native and look forward to serving the community where I was raised. With a Bachelors' degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Auburn University in 2016, I spent the first few years of my professional career in Nashville, Tennessee. There, I enjoyed connecting with my guests 1-on-1, and investing in their lives. This drew me to transition careers into mental health.
I am currently obtaining my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and expect to graduate in early 2023. My life experiences have helped me develop a strong ability to connect with people in a unique and personable way.
I believe every person is unique and has their own story to tell. Throughout my education and clinical training, I have incorporated various models of therapy focused on second-generation change, such as narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy to equip those walking through difficult seasons. My desire is to walk with my clients through their ups and down in life, providing a space where all are welcome.
